As summer sessions continue, I’m still catching up here on the blog. Today’s session features a lovely family of three…but nearly four!

Little Emma is three years old, and the camera just loves her. She and her nice mommy and daddy met me at the park one day in the late spring for birthday pictures of Emma, and also some family photos. Baby brother would soon be joining them, and we documented the family as they anticipated his arrival.

Another fun fact about the Neffs? Jennifer works with Laura, the mommy in this post, and the little girls are fast friends!
Emma just sparkles:

She is so sweet and happy, she giggled and smiled most of the time!  This was a rare serious moment. Wind in her hair and sun dancing around her.

The grass was so green and soft. I’m looking forward to a time when the grass is green again. Looking at these pictures makes me long for pretty weather to return.

One last peek…I just love her expression here. She looks happy, confident, and spunky. Just the way a three-year-old should be!
